How to Complain
From 19 June 2026, every data controller (that's me) has to
- have a complaints procedure in place
- facilitate a way for people to make complaints, including online means
- acknowledge complaints within 30 days and investigate without undue delay
This change means that I have the responsibility to try and resolve your complaint issue, before the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) will get involved.
If you feel you need to make a complaint about how I store your data, please use the form below to send me a message, detailing the complaint or issue and I will get back to you as soon as possible, but within 30 days.
